Below is what happens when the conversion process covers many, many months.....lots of participating missionaries at the happy baptism occasion....

An when district leadership council convenes to receive instruction on leadership principles, ministering to the needs of those in their stewardship, and the importance of the divine companionship, all are fed spiritually, nourished physically and sing their gratitude.....

Even with well worn but polished shoes....
